Our first home together was quite the site inside and out, but the home we both saw beyond it was that of the HOME we dreamed of. 49.6 miles, just inside my 50 miles radius sat the little white house on 40 acres and Jamie Barnes Saxon / Sold-By Jamie made that dream happen! Several offers, counter offers, and a few months looking elsewhere we came back to the little white house. Jamie did everything she could a probably a few she couldn't to make it ours! We absolutely love Jamie Barnes Saxon. We moved here from Texas and was looking for our dream home in the country. Jamie helped us every step of the way. She was very kind, sweet and professional. Very easy to talk to and to be around. She helped us find our dream home in Wellston and we absolutely love our place and can't thank her enough. Jamie has three main qualities that my wife and I loved about her during our

process of buying a house; knowledgeable, professional, and patience. Let me touch a little on the last one first, we started looking for a house back in April of 2016, we were first time home buyers and we lived out of state. Jamie also took our time serious because of the limited available time between visits to view houses. Over the course of 7 months and about 15 houses showing, we finally found a house that wasn't even put on the market yet. Which brings me to her second quality, professional. the home we ending up buying was not like anything i have even been involved in before, less alone ever heard of. We were

wanting to buy a house that Jamie had no idea was on the market, but we kept her as our agent. This was a huge curveball, I feel like for her but she handled it above our exceptions. Her knowledge about the area and the process took a lot of stress off my wife and me. Not being from the area, I didn't know any of the appraisers, pest control, mortgage companies or inspectors. She would give us a list to choose from. sometimes i would ask her who was able to set up times for when we were up on certain weekends, and she was able to

coordinate all of these things for us. that was a huge help. After the sale of the house, she brought her boys over to help us unpack the Uhaul, which was totally unexpected. She truly cares for her clients and speaks up when things are questionable. If we ever purchase more land in Oklahoma or have friends looking for property I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie.

I would recommend Jamie~~ I have recommended her! She helped us

from the time we started the process till we finished the process. She answered all of our questions. I have told several people, Jamie does her homework. (That’s what I call it anyway) Very knowledgeable and straightforward. I have called her many times, when we have had other real estate questions and she has always been willing to answer those

too. She helped my son and daughter-in-law find their dream home ~ even if she had to go all the way to Purcell to do it! Went above and beyond and met me at another house in MWC that we were wanting to get on the market. Spent her time and energy to meet me, shared her knowledgeable opinion and she didn't charge me a dime. Thank you, Jamie, for all your hard work on mine and my family's behalf!

We would recommend Jamie because she went above and beyond our

expectations. As first-time home buyers, we had NO IDEA of the process or where to start and she literally walked us through everything and genuinely cared for our wants & needs! She was more than willing to schedule showings around our job schedules & was a great help at our closing as well! She knew that we wanted to do some remodels on the home and even checked in with us a couple months later to see how they went! ❤ As buyers we did NOT pay a penny for all of her hard work! Had us 2 offers in 1 week, everything went smooth especially considering the house we were building was destroyed by the tornado, helped us push closing back a couple months and the new buyers even rented it back to us till the new

house was finished, not that Jamie had any control over that last part but she raised the question to them.

I would most definitely recommend "Jamie"; and no this isn't because she is my mother. One of my many good traits is honestly (some would say to a

fault) but she did an incredible job. A lot of times people will slack off when doing business with family because they "have to do business with me"; but she stepped up big time. She helped us find our first home in Guthrie as well as our new land in Guthrie and BOTH TIMES we came in with good equity positions.

And it was FREE to me. Her representing us as buyers we didn't pay a dime!!

Jamie knew we needed something fast b/c we were running out of options and she was very kind and helpful answering questions and made sure there were no mishaps at the closing date. We would highly recommend her b/c she is all about helping others find an affordable place working with people on what they can budget.

Jamie is my future and forever realtor! I will never use anyone else. I

would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling real estate. She knows the market, and with that, got us maximum sell price for our property. She also knows the closing process!! She didn't just "sit in" on our closing. She added much appreciated special attention to detail in our closing and saved us almost $700! Seriously folks, no one will work harder for every dollar and every detail for you than Jamie will.
