Jamie has three main qualities that my wife and I loved about her during our

process of buying a house; knowledgeable, professional, and patience. Let me touch a little on the last one first, we started looking for a house back in April of 2016, we were first time home buyers and we lived out of state. Jamie also took our time serious because of the limited available time between visits to view houses. Over the course of 7 months and about 15 houses showing, we finally found a house that wasn't even put on the market yet. Which brings me to her second quality, professional. the home we ending up buying was not like anything i have even been involved in before, less alone ever heard of. We were

wanting to buy a house that Jamie had no idea was on the market, but we kept her as our agent. This was a huge curveball, I feel like for her but she handled it above our exceptions. Her knowledge about the area and the process took a lot of stress off my wife and me. Not being from the area, I didn't know any of the appraisers, pest control, mortgage companies or inspectors. She would give us a list to choose from. sometimes i would ask her who was able to set up times for when we were up on certain weekends, and she was able to

coordinate all of these things for us. that was a huge help. After the sale of the house, she brought her boys over to help us unpack the Uhaul, which was totally unexpected. She truly cares for her clients and speaks up when things are questionable. If we ever purchase more land in Oklahoma or have friends looking for property I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie.
